Voyager Technologies, formerly Voyager Space, works across space stations, defense and space exploration, and is a lead partner on Starlab, a planned commercial space station. It began trading publicly in 2025.
In 2026, Voyager acquired Astrobotic, the Pittsburgh lunar company founded in 2007. Astrobotic’s first lander, Peregrine, failed to reach the Moon in 2024 after a propellant leak. Now operating as Voyager Lunar Systems, the team is preparing Griffin, NASA’s Moon Base II, for launch, and has a NASA contract for Peregrine-2 in 2028.
